Dr. Stanley Alexander has been the Senior Pastor of Word of Wisdom Ministries, New York for 22 years. He was ordained a Minister of God in 1994 under the late Rev. Dr. Edith Watford. He has received his Bachelor of Religious Education and a Masters degree of Theology from the Bible Church of Christ Theological Seminary of New York.

Dr. Alexander was ordained Pastor under the leading of the Holy Spirit of God by Apostle Dr. Pernell H. Hewing and Apostle Barbara Kuzmic of Wisconsin. He preached the Gospel in the state of New York, while the Lord groomed his walk of Faith.

Through prayer the Lord revealed the name of the church "Word of Wisdom Ministries". It was formed in Peekskill NY in 1999. Based on the Scripture, Proverbs 4:7, “Wisdom is the principal thing, therefore get Wisdom.” In 2018, Dr. Alexander received his Doctorate in Theology from the New York Christian Bible College.

Dr. Alexander served as a Chaplain for the New York City Transit Authority from 2005-2015. While serving as Chaplain, he helped his fellow employees in prayer, during the birth of babies and personal situations. Such as, addictions, family crisis, suspensions/terminations, fatalities, workplace injuries, and on the job assaults. Dr. Alexander ministered to over 100,000 employees and management.

Dr. Alexander is Co-Founder and Chaplain of the Surviving NICU Foundation. We purposely, prayerfully, and patiently assist families who are and have spent numerous hours in the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit. We are responsible for assisting families who are seeking their precious loved ones to improve and gain the strength to come home. The foundation is named after Dr. Alexander’s son Jordan who predeceased this life on June 30, 2007.

Dr. Alexander is a renown Pastor and Preacher. God has blessed him with the opportunities to oversee and minister through out the nation. Dr. Alexander is the Proud Father of two sons- Joshua and Joseph.

On October 8th 2022 Dr. Stanley Alexander was consecrated to the Office of Bishop.
